ENTITLEMENT PROCESS & COMMUNITY OUTREACH TIMELINE
Brue Baukol is committed to working with the City of Louisville and the local community throughout the entire approval process for Redtail Ridge. Following the City’s established review process, we will host community meetings to gather input before seeking the approval of the Planning Commission and City Council. The project will also go through the City’s GDP amendment, subdivision, and PUD processes, as well as secure any other potentially required approvals.

Site Tours
Brue Baukol Capital Partners hosted two open houses at the former StorageTek campus (currently owned by Phillips 66). The tours allowed Louisville residents to become familiar with the property, which has been fenced off and inaccessible for more than a decade, and to learn more about the development proposal in general.
