A HEALTHY, VIBRANT AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY
Redtail Ridge is committed to investing in the City of Louisville’s vision for a livable, innovative and economically diverse community. With an intentional mix of integrated open space, multimodal connections, retail and office and industrial uses – Redtail Ridge will restore jobs and strengthen Louisville’s economy for years to come.
INTEGRATED OPEN SPACE
Dozens of acres of Redtail Ridge will be reserved for trails, open space and parks, giving residents space to explore, connect and relax. This integrated open space will provide public access to the land for the first time in over a decade. Redtail Ridge’s trail system will connect historic downtown Louisville to US 36 and Flatiron Station, supporting a robust local and regional trail network.

Redtail Ridge will bring needed road infrastructure to the site, balancing the needs of motorists, walkers and cyclists in the corridor, while promoting the unique character of Louisville. Plans include rebuilding Tape Drive as a complete street, as well as extending Campus Drive to 96th Street. This will help improve safety access for BVSD buses, emergency vehicles and all personal travel to the Monarch Campus, as well as provide additional access to Avista Adventist Hospital. Helping to alleviate congested traffic conditions during peak commuting hours, there are also plans to add alternative access to US 36 from 88th Street.
Redtail Ridge aims to make a positive impact on existing Louisville businesses and significantly increase public revenues, benefiting the city, county and local schools. New office, industrial and retail space will provide new employment opportunities and amenities that complement Louisville’s existing offerings.
