I support the Redtail Ridge General Development Plan (GDP) Amendment. The plan strikes the right balance between the need to invest in Louisville’s future while still maintaining a livable, innovative, and economically diverse community.
I have been impressed by the developer’s willingness to revise their plans based on community and City feedback. They have lowered overall density by 46% in line with what is currently approved for the site, and removed residential housing while keeping on-site public amenities, regional trail connections, and Campus Drive circulation and safety improvements.
Please vote yes and approve the proposed GDP Amendment.
